We process certain personal data for the provision of our services and the operation of our website.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC on General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
I. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
A. Processing of Personal Data Provided in Contact Forms or Obtained Otherwise
If you send an enquiry concerning our products and services, we will work process the contact details provided by you, for example, through an enquiry form. These include your name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, requirements regarding

How long do we process the personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process the data for the time necessary to process your enquiry. This period shall not exceed one year.
B. Processing of Personal Data When Concluding Contract
If we conclude the contract, we will work with the data provided by you. These include mainly your name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, address/address, real estate data and account number, in some cases they may also include your birth number or identification card number and other data that are necessary, for example, for the transfer of real estate, assistance in negotiating a mortgage or fulfilling the obligations to prevent the legalization of proceeds from criminal activity.
For what reason?
We need to process the personal data to fulfil our contract – to provide you with our products and services. We will also use the contact details to communicate with you the status of your matter, any possible claims, complaints, wishes or questions.
We will further process the personal data to fulfil our obligations arising from the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, for handling complaints, prevention of “money laundering” and others). Failure to provide the information required by law or necessary to fulfil the contract may result in us not being able to conclude the contract.
Based on what legal reason do we process the personal data?
The data processing is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b) GDPR – the contract performance and Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter c) GDPR – fulfilment of our legal obligations.
How long do we process the personal data?
For the period of performance of our services and then 10 years from the last provision of such services, unless special regulations prescribe a different period – in which case the period is governed by this special regulation.
C. Newsletters (Commercial Communication)
If you have subscribed to our newsletter or become our customer and you have not prohibited us from doing so, we may use your email address to send you our news and product offers.
Based on what legal reason?
In case of a newsletter, the data processing is based on your consent is in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a) GDPR.
If you have become our customer, we may process the data according to Section 7 Article 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information Society Services, unless you have prevented us from doing so.
The consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time.
How long do we process the personal data?
3 years after giving the consent or from the last provision of our services. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via e-mail or contact us on info@sunset-nebusice.cz.
D. Contacting with Offers by Phone (Commercial Phone Communication)
If you have become our customer and have not prevented us from doing so, we may contact you by phone from time to time.
Based on what legal reason?
In case of the provision of our services the data processing is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b) GDPR – the contract performance.
If we contact you to offer additional services or to ensure the quality of our services, the data processing is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f) GDPR – the legitimate interest.
How long do we process the personal data?
For the time of providing our services and then 3 years from the last provision of our services. You can submit an objection against such processing. In this case, you will not be contacted by phone for marketing purposes any more.
E. Photography at Events
We want to record the event for our internal purposes (archiving), as well as for promo on our website and social networks Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram.
Based on what legal reason?
The data processing is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f) GDPR – the data processing based on the legitimate interest.
You can submit an objection against such processing. If you do not wish to be photographed, please contact us or the organizer/photographer.
F. Camera Recording
Some of our premises are monitored by cameras.
For what reason?
We monitor the areas that require the protection of the health of people or, in exceptional cases, the property.

The data processing is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f) GDPR – the data processing based on the legitimate interest.
How long do we process the personal data?
For a maximum of 30 days from the recording.

G. Cookies

II. WHO CAN ACCESSES THE DATA?
Your data will only be stored with us. Nevertheless, there are some companies or entrepreneurial natural persons working for us that can get access to the data because they help us run our company. They are mainly:
- SCONE s.r.o., registered office at Velvarská 1628/41, Dejvice, 160 00 Praha 6, Company ID: 05948924, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 273563, a company that mediates the sale of the administrator’s products and services,
- any companies that are or will be financially connected to us through the ownership structure,
- other contractors, suppliers and service providers,
- financial institutions and banks,
- state and other authorities within the fulfilment of legal obligations.
Your data may be provided to third parties if this results from our cooperation (i.e. it is the contract performance). These are, for example, credit providers, the real estate register, the other contracting party, etc. In such cases, they are individual administrators.
We do not intend to transfer your personal data to any third country.
III. YOUR RIGHTS CONNECTED WITH THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

We have not appointed a special person in charge of personal data processing.
The GDPR regulations give you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about processing your personal data; to request access to this data and have your data updated or corrected; to prohibit the data processing; to request a copy of the processed personal data; to request erasure of the personal data under certain situations; and to transfer or request transfer of the data. The granted consents can be revoked at any time and an objection can be raised against the processing on the basis of the legitimate interest.
If you think that we are not handling the data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or to take your claims to court.
